V. Mylynne Smith is an independent fiction author. She grew up in Jay, Oklahoma but moved to Arkansas in 2012 when she met her husband, Kevin. They now reside in Bella Vista with their pitbull Renegade and their cat Bandit.

Yes, I'm a secretary.
Did you ever think you would be unable to finish your first novel/novella/short story?
I thought I might never finishing editing. I kept seeing flaws and trying to scrub them from the book.
What inspired you to write?
have an unshakable desire to live multiple lives at once. I love creating new characters and getting to see a new world through their eyes.

What is your next/latest project?
Right now I'm working on promoting Premeditated and it takes up a lot of my free time. I have started writing a new ghost story though. It involves a man and his cat facing the malevolent spirit of a young girl. It probably won't be longer than 15 pages.
